Delivery/Pickup
Whenever we deliver or pickup we only ask for small 2-hour window. For example, a very normal delivery window would be Saturday morning from 9am – 11am and pickup the following day between 9am – 11am.
Unfortuantely, we’re not setup for customers picking up/dropping off equipment. We keep our costs down by not having a front facing office. Only a warehouse.
If we arrive at the location within the timeframe specified in your order and you’re not there, we’ll arrange a second delivery/pickup based on availability at an additional charge and will be subject to additional fees for the extended rental time.
However, in the case of deliveries, as long as we can leave the equipment in a secure location (e.g. backyard) and we get approval from you, no need for you to be there!
And similarly for pickups, as long as we have access to the location where the equipment is kept, no need for you to be there!
Payment & Cancellations
Payment is due 1 day prior to your delivery date via:

If you’re cancelling 24 hours or more before the start time of your rental, your cancellation is free!
If you’re cancelling within 24 hours, you would be charged 50% of your total order.
If you’re rescheduling 24 hours or more before the start time of your rental, your rescheduling is free!
If you’re rescheduling within 24 hours, you would be charged 25% of your total order.
Tents
Under the 10x10ft tent, you can comfortably fit one 6ft table which sits 8 people.
Under the 10x20ft tent, you can comfortably fit three 6ft tables, for a total of 18 people.
We have two main methods depending on the surface the tent is on.
- Sand bags for hard surfaces
- Metal anchors for lawns or patios
25 mph is our threshold for tents w/o sidewalls.
Whenever there’s sidewalls involved, anything over 15 mph winds could be dangerous. Therefore we reserve the right to not put sidewalls whenever that’s the case.
Yes! We can always add that to the order.
Outdoor Heater
Propane tanks are rented separately with a full load.
Propane tanks on a heater last around 6 hours!
Yes, as long as they are used in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials, and with proper clearance from overhead structures.

It depends on how high you set the heating. However, it typically lasts up to around 6 continuous hours.
If you need more time, please contact us and we can provide you with extra propane tanks. 😉
Popcorn Machines
Fortunately, no need! 🙂 We’re always aiming to provide an effortless rental experience!
Just ask for our Popcorn Ingredient Mix bags which are sufficient for 14 servings each.
A popcorn machine uses heat and pressure to pop kernels of corn. The seeds are placed in the machine’s kettle and heated to a high temperature. As the kernels heat up, they expand and eventually explode, creating tasty popcorn. 🍿
Our popcorn machines have a built-in stirring arm that keeps the kernels moving while they pop and a lid that pops open to release the popcorn. Once you stop hearing the popping of the popcorn that means it’s done. At that point you can turn the kettle over and turn off the heat and stirring arm 😋

Evaporative Cooler
It lasts around 4 hours . And super easy to refill again if you need more time.
An evaporative cooler pulls in hot, dry air and passes it through wet pads, which cool and humidify the air before blowing it back into the room. That way, the air feels just right in hot weather. 🧊
Evaporative coolers are an energy-efficient and cost-effective alternative to traditional air conditioning. They also add moisture to the air, which can help alleviate dryness and discomfort. 💆
They’re very safe units to use. The only important thing to consider is to keep water away from the power cable.
